About this app

ICGH Recovery provides recovery resources and tools. It does not offer client accounts, clinical records, referral submission, or secure messaging. Using this app does not submit a care request.

Entries stored on your device

Searches, filters, appointments, gratitude entries, and daily connection tools run in your browser. Appointment details are saved in this browser only when you choose device storage. A saved support contact’s name, phone number, role, and commitment stay here until you remove them or clear website data. They are not sent to ICGH or synced across devices.

Gratitude entries last while the page remains open unless you choose to remember them. Saved entries are for the current day and are removed when the app next detects a new day. Use Clear today’s list to remove them sooner. Someone with access to the same device or browser profile may be able to see saved information. Device storage is not a secure clinical record.

Calendar and notifications

Calendar exports send the event details you enter to the calendar you choose. Its privacy, synchronization, and reminder settings apply. Manage or delete those events in that calendar. The app does not send appointment information to ICGH.

Optional daily notifications are delivered through OneSignal. You separately choose Thought for the Day, Daily Connection, or both, agree to notification processing, allow browser notifications, and save your choices. A prior test-notification opt-in does not enroll you in daily messages. Thought for the Day is planned around 9 a.m. and Daily Connection around 6 p.m., using the time zone most recently reported by your device. Delivery windows are 9–9:30 a.m. and 6–6:30 p.m.; phone settings, connectivity, and the service can affect arrival.

After you connect, OneSignal processes a browser notification identifier, your two category choices, device-reported time zone, and technical, subscription and delivery activity. The app does not send appointment entries, gratitude entries, or your saved support contact’s name, number or role to OneSignal. No email, phone number, or clinical account is needed for this feature. Messages are generic and may appear on your lock screen.

To stop one category, uncheck it in Daily notification preferences and save. To stop all push messages on this browser, use Turn all notifications off or block this site’s notifications in your browser settings. Turning notifications off does not automatically erase OneSignal’s existing records. Contact ICGH about deletion; OneSignal’s Privacy Policy describes its retention and processing. Your consent choice and selected categories are remembered in this browser so the service can reconnect when you return.

The separate notification-testing link is public and does not provide a secure account. Testing does not enable either daily category. This app does not send appointment push reminders. Any reminders from ICGH’s care system are separate; entries added here do not book or change care or that system’s reminders. Calendar exports remain a separate choice.

Website operation and media

This app has no advertising pixels. If you opt in to daily notifications or notification testing, OneSignal processes notification subscription and delivery activity. It stores basic app files for offline use. Its recovery videos are served as files through the app’s hosting service, rather than third-party embedded players. Hosting providers may process technical connection logs, including an IP address, requested page or media file, browser details, and request time. Clearing the site’s browser data removes local entries, preferences, and cached files; it does not delete calendar exports or third-party records.

External links and communications

Meeting links, video-visit links where offered, publisher resources, and other outside links open services with their own privacy practices. Calls and texts open the device’s phone or messaging app. Information you share there follows that provider’s or care program’s rules. Do not assume a public resource link provides a secure clinical channel.

Contact contact@icgh.com or 828-322-5915 about privacy, local data, or a request involving ICGH. We may need to verify a request, and applicable recordkeeping requirements can limit deletion. Do not email sensitive records with an initial question. Information shared with a care team is governed by the notice for that care program; this app notice does not authorize advertising use of health information.

Policy updates

Updated October 5, 2026. Changes to data collection, vendors, or device features must be reflected in this notice. The ICGH Website Privacy Policy describes ICGH’s separate public website and optional messaging practices.
